feelings about the first seminar

Yesterday, it was our first seminar's day of this month, talking around the TV.

Our points of view about the different TV programmes people watch, influence, importance of watching it and the perpose of it are mostly common, however, it seemed we never made a agreement at the end. Maybe just because we would like to practise all of the phrases we learned. It was nice when we tried to use these for agreeing and disagreeing with each other. However, there were still some lack of points. Sometimes it became strugling to express one's opinion, which seemed like a kind of tongue twister; I knew the words, I knew the sentences and even though I knew whatever they thought, but it turned out quite differently when I spoke them.

According to our discussion, the female wathched more drama and romantic stories on TV, whileas the male watched more violence and live news, futher, it still varied between the yonger ages and the olders. What kind of TV programmes could influenced people behavior was most around the fashion trend, especially the teenagers who always wanted to be like the stars they desired and copied what they did. As to the perpose of TV should be, we kept each different opinions as well.

In general, our group's seminar was sucessful, every person got the chance to show us their perspectives although the time was not enough.
